Our Process

Our Couriers will update the following milestones as they happen in Local Time:

1. Arrival at departure airport.

2. Export Customs Clearance completion (if applicable).

3. Check in for flight - including amount of excess baggage paid for checked baggage (if applicable)
   including photos of boarding pass(es) and baggage tag(s).

4. Immigration clearance.

5. Boarding time and confirmation that the checked bag(s) is/are loaded (if applicable).

6. Aircraft pushing back.

7. Flight arrival at destination (or transit point(s) repeating steps 5 & 6 including transit clearance if required).

8. Immigration Clearance.

9. Final Import Customs Clearance completion also reporting any import Tax & Duties paid with photographic proof (if applicable).

10. Handover to customer or driver doing final delivery.
    

Our couriers will also report any flight delays as well as missing or damaged baggage as soon as they become aware.

Please note that TTCS couriers will always declare dutiable goods and never walk through the green channel.
